Additionally contained in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Marked on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as designs for dock shelters.
